About Techouse
Techouse is a Norwegian engineering and technology company that designs and delivers custom process packages for water treatment and energy recovery. Its water treatment systems cover everything from the main seawater intake to final water use or injection.
Energy recovery solutions are custom-made for offshore fixed and floating oil and gas installations, and aftersales support covers installed water and energy systems. Other products include air oil separators for gas turbine sumps, custom lube oil systems and hydraulic starters for diesel engines.
The company serves the offshore oil and gas industry and states more than 20 years of experience. It was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Sandnes, Norway.
In October 2026 Techouse agreed to acquire Ambio Water, a provider of potable water system services for the offshore industry, and UK-based Eta Process Plant, a water treatment specialist for offshore and onshore energy industries. In August 2026 it completed testing of a compact once-through steam generator developed with partners. It currently lists no open vacancies and accepts open applications.
Product: Custom water treatment systems, energy recovery units and aftersales support, plus air oil separators, lube oil systems and hydraulic starters.
