Start with your ideal customer
Describe your offer and the companies you want. Add criteria we can check, like market, industry or the products they make.
Understand why they belong
Each company comes with a fit explanation and public evidence. Duplicate and excluded companies never use your match allowance.
Make it a weekly workflow
Save the good fits, dismiss the rest and export your shortlist. New matches arrive in your radar, with suggested openings for your own outreach.
A few things worth knowing.
What counts as a company match?
A unique company that meets your audience criteria, with sources that support the fit. A match does not mean the company has expressed buying interest. Viewing, saving and exporting a match do not use extra allowance.
Will I always receive the maximum number of leads?
The plan limits are targets, not a guarantee. A narrow audience can return fewer companies. We keep your criteria and evidence standards rather than fill your list with weak matches. Missing results do not use your company-match allowance.
What is an audience?
An audience is one search brief and its must-have criteria. For example, Czech manufacturers serving Germany. Scout follows one active audience; Pipeline follows three, sharing the same monthly match allowance.
When do matches arrive, and do they roll over?
New matches arrive in weekly batches in your Evolc radar. Monthly allowances and top-ups expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over. Your saved and delivered company records stay available after the subscription ends.
Are contact details or outreach included?
The plans include company research, evidence and suggested conversation openers. Personal email addresses, phone numbers and automated outreach are not included. Evolc does not contact the companies on your behalf.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Use your billing portal to change plans or cancel. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Top-ups are always optional one-time purchases.
Who handles payments and VAT?
Payments are sold through Stripe’s Link service. Stripe handles receipts, tax invoices and VAT compliance for supported sales, including the EU. Your final currency and total are shown at checkout. Manage billing and invoices.
