Evolc Signals for recruiters and agencies

Know who is hiring before your competitors call.

A hiring spike, a first role in a new function or an open leadership position is the moment a company is most likely to need outside help with hiring. Evolc reads job postings directly from company career pages and applicant tracking systems, every day, so you see the change itself rather than a job board repost.

Staffing agencies and branch or field-sales networks that hire in volume are left out by default. They are visible with the “Include volume hirers (agencies, branch & field sales)” filter: this list with them included.

How it works

  1. Search

Pick the countries and functions you recruit for, and the signals that mean a mandate: hiring spikes, leadership roles, first hires in a function.

  2. Save

Save one search per desk or specialism. Each company shows its open roles by function and links to the postings.

  3. Get alerts

New companies arrive by daily or weekly e-mail or in Slack, and through the API. A company is not sent twice for the same signal.

What Evolc is, and is not

Company signals, not people
Evolc shows companies, their roles, filings and news. No names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers of employees, so there is no personal data for you to process.
Straight from the source
Jobs are read from company career pages and applicant tracking systems, not reposted from job boards. Every signal links to its source.
Registry financials
Revenue and profit as filed with public business registers in Central and Eastern Europe, deepest in Slovakia, next to the hiring signals.
Honest about coverage
Strongest in Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Austria and Germany. Elsewhere in Europe we see fewer companies. Evolc is not a contact database or a CRM.

Questions

Is this a job board?

No. Evolc reads job postings from company career pages and applicant tracking systems to find companies whose hiring is changing. You see the company, its open roles by function and the source postings.

Do you show hiring managers or candidates?

No. Signals are about companies only. We do not show names or contact details of employees or candidates.

Can I follow one country or one function?

Yes. Every search can be limited to countries, industries and job functions down to sub-roles (for example engineering → DevOps or sales → account executive), and saved with its own alerts.

What does it cost?

A free account sees 25 companies per search with a weekly e-mail. A verified work e-mail unlocks 100 per search and 3 daily alerts, and the first account from each company gets 14 days of full Signals. Scout and Pipeline unlock every result, CSV export and webhooks.
