About Zelluna
Zelluna develops T cell receptor (TCR) guided natural killer (NK) cell therapies, known as TCR-NK, for solid cancers. Its lead candidate, ZI-MA4-1, is in the Phase 1 ZIMA-101 trial in the UK, and the company reported dosing its first patient in 2026. The platform combines TCR guidance with the effector functions of allogeneic NK cells, which the company describes as an off-the-shelf approach.
The therapies target patients with solid cancers, which the company describes as the largest unmet need in cancer treatment, in high value markets.
Zelluna ASA was founded in 2011 and is headquartered at the Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park in Oslo, Norway. Its predecessor, Zelluna Immunotherapy AS, was established in 2016. In March 2025 Zelluna Immunotherapy AS combined its business with Ultimovacs ASA to form Zelluna. The company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker ZLNA.
Product: TCR-NK cell therapy platform; lead candidate ZI-MA4-1 in the Phase 1 ZIMA-101 trial for solid cancers.
