About Voltalis

Voltalis operates an energy-flexibility platform that adjusts electric heating, heat pumps and hot water tanks in real time during peaks in electricity demand. A connected thermostat is installed on existing electric radiators, and the platform aggregates connected devices to offer flexibility to the electricity system.

Households receive the installation, the equipment and the app at no cost; Voltalis is paid for the service by actors of the electricity system. The Voltalis PRO offer covers offices, shops, hotels, logistics sites, multi-site networks, social landlords and local authorities, with control of heating, heat pumps and rooftop units.

Voltalis was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Paris. The website states 18 years of experience, RTE certification since 2008, more than 250,000 households equipped and 1.5 million appliances connected.
