About Tesseract Investment

Tesseract Investment Oy is a Helsinki-based digital asset manager. Its Dedicated Client Vaults provide discretionary on-chain portfolio management, with each client's capital held in a separate vault deployed to vetted DeFi venues under a segregated mandate.

The company is authorized as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider under MiCA and supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Its lending product, operated by group company Tesseract Earn Oy, offers institutional counterparty lending to vetted borrowers and can run as an earn program for exchanges, wallets and fintechs. Customers include treasuries, family offices, funds, and the exchanges, wallets and fintechs that serve their users.

The legal entity was incorporated in December 2024, and the website states the business has operated since 2018. The website lists $2.5B+ in cumulative loan originations, ISO/IEC 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II audits for the group's technology platform, and says the company has raised $25m from institutional investors.
