About Surrey Satellite Technology

Surrey Satellite Technology (SSTL) designs and builds small satellites. Its offerings cover satellite platforms, Earth observation spacecraft, navigation and GNSS reflectometry, lunar mission services, sub-systems, customer training and space services.

Airbus acquired the majority shareholding in 2009, and SSTL is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Airbus. Its headquarters are in Guildford, and it lists 16 open roles, mainly engineering, project management and composites manufacturing in Guildford and Bordon.
