About Robonic

Robonic Ltd Oy makes multipurpose UAS launch systems. Its pneumatic launchers provide zero-point and short-rail launch for unmanned platforms with a maximum take-off weight of 10 to 500 kg, including propeller and turbine-engine designs. Services cover design and testing, training, support and maintenance.

Customers are military and commercial users, as well as UAS and target drone manufacturers. The company offers partnerships, consultancy and direct systems sales. Its product range is named Ohto, Kontio and Karhu, and the products page lists them as to be released.

Robonic was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Tampere, Finland. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Safran Electronics and Defence. It operates a UAV test flight centre at Kemijärvi in Lapland, Finland, and holds ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 certification. The company states its launchers have been integrated with more than 20 air vehicle types.
