About Oliver Valves

Oliver Valves designs and manufactures high-performance valves for the energy sector through a group of four companies. Its range covers instrumentation valves, pipeline and process valves (including double block and bleed ball valves from Oliver Twinsafe), subsea valves such as needle, gate and ball valves from Oliver Valvetek, and valves for hydrogen and carbon capture applications from Oliver Hydcovalves.

Customers include oil and gas operators, contractors and OEMs. The company sells valves to these industrial buyers, with products shipped to approximately 50 countries.

Oliver Valves was established in 1979 by Michael R. Oliver and is privately owned by the Oliver family. Its facilities are in Knutsford, Cheshire, on the Parkgate Industrial Estate. Oliver Valves India, a 45,000 square foot facility, became fully operational in January 2026. The company offers apprenticeships and graduate programmes and has open positions in sales, production, documentation and its workshop.
