About Gobi resto

Gobi resto runs a restaurant in Tallinn that serves contemporary Georgian cuisine. The menu includes traditional dishes from different Georgian regions, prepared with old recipes, authentic products and spices brought from Georgia. An on-site bakery produces bread, pies and khachapuri daily, and the wine list features nine small Georgian wineries.

Guests are restaurant diners, groups and event hosts. The company sells a private chef's table dinner for 6 to 8 people with wine at 250 € per person, arranges personal events such as birthdays and corporate gatherings for groups of 10 or more, and offers takeaway ordering. Its head chef, Jano Kolbaia, is from Georgia and previously worked in Tbilisi restaurants.

Gobi resto OÜ was founded in 2023 and is based in Tallinn, where the restaurant is located in the Rotermanni quarter. The group also runs two other Tallinn venues on Rotermanni: Bruxx – New Belgian and Gallery cafe. The website is published in Estonian, English and Russian.

Product: Restaurant dining with contemporary Georgian cuisine, a chef's table private dinner, event bookings and takeaway.
