About HotelBuddy Technology

HotelBuddy Technology OÜ builds a web-based guest self-service platform for hotels. Guests use it in any browser, without installing an app, for online check-in, digital registration cards, mobile keys for room and building doors, chat with staff, extra service and minibar sales, online payments and checkout.

The platform integrates with hotel property management systems (PMS) and includes IoT door lock modules. Its customers are independent hotels and hotel groups in Europe. Hotels pay for packages priced per room per month, and a free Lite tier takes a 5% commission on webshop sales.

The company was founded in 2021 by hospitality and IT specialists and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. The website cites 1200+ working hours saved annually for hotels using the platform.

Product: Web-based guest self-service platform for hotels covering online check-in, digital registration, mobile keys, upselling, chat and checkout, integrated with PMS systems.
