Flexmill

Flexmill is a technology provider and system integrator for automated surface finishing. Its modular platforms combine robotics, machine vision, sensor technology and software for grinding, linishing, polishing and deburring. Applications include fan and turbine blade finishing, airfoil and blisk polishing, gear chamfering and deburring, weld grinding, marine propeller finishing and trace marking and verification.

The company sells robotic finishing systems to system integrators and manufacturers in aerospace, marine, energy and steel fabrication. Product lines are the S-, M- and L-series robot solutions for small, midsize and large parts, with options such as a patented automatic disc and belt changer, a tool time manager software and a force and compliance unit.
