About Probot

Probot Oy designs and builds robotics and automation systems, from prototypes to complete robot cells delivered on a turnkey basis. Its work also includes wheeled mobile robots for fields, indoor spaces and load transport, and custom device builds such as wood-machining units, dispensing equipment and electronics testers.

Customers are industrial producers facing production challenges, mainly in Finland. The company works as a project partner from the initial assessment of a customer's problem through to the finished solution. Reference projects include material-waste sorting cells, RFID handling cells, palletizing and machine-tending cells, and EU-funded projects such as EDISON and Afarcloud.

Probot was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Oulu, Finland. It is registered as Probot Oy.
