About Fitek

Fitek provides a digital accounts payable platform that reads invoices from PDFs and scans, codes them, routes them through approval workflows and passes entries to ERP systems via XML, CSV or API. The platform also covers e-invoicing, sales invoice sending, expense management and purchase order matching.

Fitek's fraud detection checks each invoice's supplier bank account against the account stored on the supplier record and screens suppliers against Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian business registers, the EU VIES VAT register, the GLEIF LEI register and the EU sanctions list. Its customers are finance, accounting, procurement and IT teams in companies across Europe.

Fitek is headquartered in Tallinn and was founded in 1996. The website states 30 years in the finance field and more than 94 million invoices processed, and lists the Baltics and the EU as its markets.
