About fia-academy.de
Freiburg International Academy GmbH (FIA) runs qualification courses that prepare international healthcare professionals in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and nursing for the tests and procedures required for professional recognition in Germany. The courses combine general and professional German language training with specialised medical knowledge, and FIA also offers certified ÖSD German B2 tests at its Freiburg location.
Its customers are international healthcare professionals, who either pay for courses themselves or attend courses funded by the Employment Agency, Jobcenters or the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). FIA also advises clinics and medical institutions in Germany as employers and offers them services for personnel qualification, recruitment and development of international healthcare staff.
FIA was established in 2015. It lists course locations in Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Hanover, Heidelberg, Landshut and Mainz, as well as online. It is a training provider certified under AZAV, and it recruits freelance lecturers and specialists as well as staff for its Merzhausen location.
Product: Qualification courses for international doctors, dentists, pharmacists and nurses covering German language, specialist medical knowledge and recognition exam preparation, plus consulting on recognition, visas and job search.
