About Brenus Pharma
Brenus Pharma develops in vivo immunotherapies for solid tumors using a proprietary off-the-shelf platform. Allogeneic human cell lines are stimulated to reveal cancer-related proteins, tagged with a hapten, and inactivated into ghost cells to educate the immune system against tumor cells.
Its lead candidate, STC-1010, is in a Phase I/II trial (BreAK-CRC001) for first-line metastatic colorectal cancer, and the FDA accepted its IND application in May 2026. The company reports €38 million raised since inception, including an €11 million extension to its Series A round announced in July 2026, and plans nine clinical sites open in 2027.
Brenus Pharma was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Clermont-Ferrand, France, with an office in Lyon. Its leadership team and board include pharmaceutical executives from Roche, Servier, Takeda and Novo Nordisk.
