CARBOGEN AMCIS is a contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Customers are pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, served at all stages of drug development from preclinical studies and clinical trials to commercial use. The company provides development and commercialisation services and sells cholesterol and vitamin D analogue products, which are used in pharmaceuticals, food supplements and other applications.

CARBOGEN AMCIS is part of the Dishman Carbogen Amcis Group and is headquartered in Saint-Beauzire, France, where its French entity CARBOGEN AMCIS SAS was founded in 2012. It operates eight sites in Switzerland (Bubendorf, Aarau, Hunzenschwil, Vionnaz), the United Kingdom (Manchester), France (Saint-Beauzire), the Netherlands (Veenendaal) and China (Shanghai). The company reports more than 40 years of experience in clinical API development.
