About Arvo Metals

Arvo Lithium Ltd. is a private company that owns 100% of its subsidiary Arvo Metals Oy in Finland. The group holds multiple lithium exploration licences in the Kaustinen Lithium Province and about 112 km² of lithium-prospective ground near Sibanye-Stillwater's five planned lithium mines and a new lithium hydroxide refinery, which is an EU strategic project.

The company explores for lithium, a critical battery mineral, and describes its approach as low-impact and technologically advanced exploration. Its technical team includes a technical advisor, a chief geologist and several geologists with degrees from Finnish universities.

The company is registered in Helsinki, where its subsidiary is also based, and was founded in 2022. The Kaustinen area has mineral reserves of 13 Mt @ 0.96% LiO₂ and mineral resources of 19.7 Mt @ 1.21% LiO₂, according to the company's website.
