About Activate Group
Activate Group is a UK collision management business. It runs white-label motor claims handling for insurers, brokers and MGAs, fleet accident management through its sopp+sopp brand, and collision repair management through group-owned bodyshops and 650+ accredited repair partners. It also operates an in-house parts supplier, provides OEM and automotive consultancy, and develops its own claims and repair management technologies.
Its customers include motor insurers, brokers, MGAs, fleets, vehicle manufacturers, dealerships and vehicle repairers. Founded in 2015, the group was acquired by Elysian Capital in 2024 and later acquired Avant Group, which runs automotive repair and bodyshop management technology.
The company has over 900 team members across sites in Halifax, Peterborough, Huntingdon and Huddersfield, as well as bodyshops across the UK. Its current openings are mainly bodyshop roles such as panel beaters, paint sprayers, MET technicians and damage assessors, plus product, data and people positions.
