What the buyer wants

The Norwegian Institute of Public Health shall enter into a framework agreement with one supplier of large ultra freezer coffin freezers with a storage temperature of -80° Celsius.The freezers shall be used for storing biological material at -80°C. They shall function as backup freezers at the time of the existing freezers, and must have sufficient size and be of the type coffin freezers in order to accommodate the material from them. The need is estimated to be between 4-8 freezers per year, but this can vary and cannot be seen as binding volume. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 5 million excluding VAT.
