Bluefors

Bluefors designs and manufactures dilution refrigerator measurement systems, cryogenic measurement infrastructure and cryocoolers, sold under the Bluefors and Cryomech brands. The Cryomech line also covers liquid helium management products, cold helium circulation systems and liquid nitrogen plants. The legal entity is Bluefors Oy.

Customers are universities, research institutes and corporations working in quantum technology, low-temperature physics, medical and life sciences, and clean energy. The company sells systems and accessories, and its website lists options for existing systems, Cryomech accessories and a Total System Care service offering, as well as a Bluefors Lab access service in Delft.

Bluefors was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Helsinki, with offices in Syracuse, Brooklyn, Chicago, Munich, Tokyo and Delft.
