Zahradnictví Flos grows garden plants outdoors and sells them mainly through its online shop, which lists over 10,000 species in stock according to the website. The site says plants are grown without forcing in greenhouses and without chemicals, and that the nursery also sells garden substrate and bulbs.

Customers are Czech home gardeners and cottage owners. Revenue comes from e-shop orders and in-person purchases at its site, which the website describes as over 30,000 m2. Parcels ship by Česká pošta, DPD and PPL with free delivery over 2,500 CZK, and the company says its driver delivers to cottages on Saturdays.

The company says it has grown and sold plants since 1991. The legal entity Zahradnictví flos, s.r.o. was founded on 27 February 2010 and is registered in Husinec. The website mentions annual production of 1,000,000 plants and a mother-plant centre added in 2017, and it describes plans for a cash & carry site near Kralupy nad Vltavou. Open roles are three gardener positions: production, dispatch and sales, and installation projects.
