Zahradnictví WEISS is a family plant nursery that grows and sells perennials, alpine plants, herbs, soft fruit, fruit trees, chrysanthemums, ornamental grasses, balcony plants and seasonal vegetable seedlings. The website lists a shop on site in Otice and mail-order delivery, with orders dispatched from Monday to Wednesday.

The customers are private gardeners and buyers of plants for home gardens and kitchens, reached through the on-site shop and the online catalogue. The website also advertises a gardening course, "Profi zahradník", and an autumn pumpkin event, "Otické Dýňobraní", but does not describe their revenue.

The registered company, Zahradnictví WEISS s.r.o., was founded on 5 February 2018 and is based in Otice, near Opava in the Czech Republic. The website says the nursery began in 2014 at a family house and moved to larger premises in 2017. The company is currently recruiting gardeners for permanent roles and seasonal brigade work.
