About Wing Assistant

Wing Assistant provides managed virtual assistant services covering admin and executive support, sales and growth, marketing, finance and accounting, HR, and customer service. The company says it delivers recurring work as managed execution rather than a talent marketplace, with Wing overseeing delivery and quality.

Its customers are businesses and teams that want work owned without managing freelancers or staff day to day. Engagements start with a free consultation and, per the website, come with no long-term contract.

The company says it began in 2016 as an idea for an assistant app and became student assistant software at the University of California, Irvine in 2017, later adding AI in 2018 before moving to virtual assistant services and a B2B offering. Its organisation address is in Berkeley, California. The careers page lists 18 open roles, mainly Inside Sales Manager and GTM Automation Engineer positions, with locations including Bucharest, Madrid, Zagreb, Riga and Belgrade.

Product: Managed virtual assistant services across 100+ roles, including sales development, executive assistance, marketing, finance and HR support.
