About Wattsense

Wattsense builds a building connectivity solution: the Wattsense Bridge collects data from building equipment on-premises or via a private cloud network, and Tower Control provides dashboards, alarms, graphs and remote configuration. The company states that its library covers over 800 devices across brands and protocols.

Customers include property owners, operators, facility managers and energy service providers, among them companies such as CBRE, Bouygues Energies & Services and Siemens-linked projects; the company says it has over 250 clients and 5000 unlocked buildings. Its website describes access through a per-device fee-free plug-and-play installation and integration with third-party services via an API.

Founded in 2017 by Louis Vermorel, the company is headquartered in Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or, France, with offices in Lyon and a coworking space in Paris. It was acquired by Siemens Smart Infrastructure in 2021 and reports 31 team members and clients in 21+ countries.

Product: Wattsense Bridge data collector and Tower Control building management software, with an API for digital services
