About Waterix
Waterix Oy develops and manufactures aerators, mixers and coolers under the WATERIX brand and imports international water treatment equipment. Its product range covers municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, aeration of natural waters, process water cooling, fish and crayfish ponds, and golf and park ponds. Other lines include Ramson filters for liquids and gases, Aquaturbo and AQUASYSTEMS water treatment units, Logisticon water plants with ultrafiltration, and custom plastic tanks and basins.
Customers are municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment operators, as well as fish farms and pond owners. The company sells equipment and deliveries, with more than 500 WATERIX deliveries to 30 countries stated on its website.
Waterix Oy is headquartered in Parainen, Finland, and was founded in 2012; the WATERIX brand has been in use since 2003. In January 2026 the company announced that the plastic welding business of Basin Oy would transfer to Waterix in early 2026.
