About Weeefiner

Weeefiner develops industrial water treatment and material recovery solutions using its 4DS™ technology. The system selectively separates dissolved metals and nutrients from process water for recovery as concentrates, while also supporting purification and process optimization.

Its customers include industrial operators with wastewater and process-water streams, including mining and aquaculture companies. Weeefiner was founded in 2017 as a spinout from the University of Jyväskylä and is based in Jyväskylä, Finland. Its technology has been deployed in industrial applications, and the company has received seed funding and an equity investment.
