About Unlocker

Unlocker is a French real estate fintech that automates rental payments. Each property gets a dedicated virtual IBAN, and incoming rent or guest payments are split automatically between the owner, the concierge company or agency, and service providers such as cleaners and maintenance. The platform also covers direct debits, transfers, bank reconciliation and rental management tools, including leases, rent receipts, inspection reports and e-signature, with connection to property management systems.

Customers are concierge companies, rental agencies, independent agents (mandataires) and property owners, for short-term and long-term rentals. Subscription plans range from 50 € to 150 € per month excluding VAT, plus 1% of payment flows excluding VAT. The carte G and carte T delegation options add a further fee, 1% for short-term rentals and 2% for long-term rentals. The delegation is provided by Unlocker Real Estate, a subsidiary founded in March 2023 that holds the professional license.

Unlocker was founded in May 2022 as a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) and is based in Rixheim (Haut-Rhin). It is registered with the ACPR as a payment services agent of the electronic money institution eZyness. The careers page lists a Product Owner opening.
