About Tiney
tiney is a childminder agency that recruits, trains and quality-assures independent childminders who run early years care in their own homes. Parents find a tiney childminder through the tiney app, which also provides daily photo and milestone updates, payments and funded hours.
Childminders are self-employed and run their own businesses with tiney's training and standards behind them. Families pay the childminder for care, and tiney offers funded hours and tax-free childcare support through its app. The company also supports childminders with recruitment, training and business growth.
Tiney was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in London, with team members working across the country. It is registered with Ofsted as a childminder agency and describes itself as the largest childminder agency in England. The company lists over 1,500 tiney homes open or coming soon and is hiring across its team.
Product: Childminder agency service and parent app for finding, booking and following home-based childminders.
