Sysdig

Sysdig makes the Sysdig Secure cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP), which uses live system-call data captured at the kernel level to detect threats and prioritize vulnerabilities across containers, Kubernetes, workloads, identities and cloud services. Modules cover cloud security posture management, container and workload protection, vulnerability management and cloud detection and response. Sysdig Secure AI adds a GenAI assistant and agentic AI features, and Sysdig Monitor provides Kubernetes and container monitoring with a managed Prometheus service.

Customers are security and cloud infrastructure teams at organizations; the website cites customers including JumpCloud and Apree Health. Licensing for the CNAPP and detection products is based on the number of hosts in a customer's environment, cloud-log detections are priced per events processed, and Sysdig Monitor is offered as host-based or time-series-based licensing.

Sysdig was founded in 2017 according to its registry record, and its website states that founder Loris Degioanni started the company in 2013 as an open source project around the sysdig tool.
