About Švoma - Stroje
Švoma - Stroje, s.r.o. designs, manufactures, assembles and commissions special-purpose machines, automated production lines and technological equipment. Its services also include technical documentation and engineering calculations, machining of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous materials, welded parts, and servicing and general overhauls of forming machines, mainly mechanical presses. Work is taken on as individual projects, from customer requirements through design and production to a finished, commissioned machine. Customers include industrial manufacturers ordering custom equipment, and private forest owners buying band saws.
The company was registered as a limited liability company in 2013 and was founded by Ing. Milan Švoma, who had previously traded as a sole trader under the ITS Švoma brand since 1996. It is based in Bohdalov in the Vysočina region, where it operates its own production hall. It is currently hiring a designer (Konstruktér) for full-time work on industrial design projects, with 3D modelling experience in Autodesk Inventor required.
