About SVUM-CZ

SVUM-CZ applies anticorrosion surface coatings to metal parts using the DELTA-MKS method, under a licence from DÖRKEN MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co. The process deposits zinc micro-flake coatings without electrolysis, does not cause hydrogen embrittlement, and contains no hexavalent chromium. It is suited to fasteners, springs, brackets, fittings, small metal parts and furniture hardware.

Its customers include major suppliers in automotive, aerospace and construction, and the company also notes growing demand for the technology in energy and agriculture. Production runs five coating lines with thirty employees and a stated capacity of 300 tonnes of material per month. The lines combine dip-spin application with continuous curing ovens, plus manual spraying for parts that cannot be dipped in baskets.

The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Kolín, Czech Republic, with production at Tři Dvory near Kolín. It was the first company in the Czech Republic to obtain the DELTA-MKS licence and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification audited by LL-C. It is currently hiring a production line operator.

Product: Industrial anticorrosion surface coating of metal parts using the licensed DELTA-MKS zinc micro-flake process.
