About Sportribe
Sportribe Oy operates Thril, a sports booking app and venue management system. Venues use it for court and class bookings, memberships, payments, marketing, a POS system and access control. Players use the app to book sessions across sports including padel, tennis, golf, bowling, darts and cross training, and to join open events and pickup games.
Customers are sports venues such as courts, gyms and studios, and individual players. The consumer app is free to download and use, and the company states it charges consumers no service fees. Players pay the venue's prices for bookings, memberships and products, and can pay with cards, bank transfer, MobilePay or employee sports benefits.
The company was founded in 2023 and is based in Helsinki. Thril is available in Finland, Estonia and Sweden, and the company says it plans to expand to the Baltics and wider Northern Europe. The site lists 13 team members and an open application for roles in Helsinki or remote work.
Product: Thril: booking, membership, payment and access-control software for sports venues, and a consumer app for booking sports and joining games.
