About smarthotel.nl

Smarthotel builds hotel technology for payments, bookings and distribution. Its products include Smart Payments (automated payment flows, payment links, a payment page, PIN terminals and automatic virtual credit card charges), Smart Channel Manager (real-time rate and availability sync across 160+ OTA, PMS and GDS connections), Smart Booking Engine, Smart Website and digital marketing. The solutions are PMS-independent and are built to connect to a hotel's existing systems.

Its customers are hotels. Products are sold as monthly packages, starting from €990 per month for a 10-room property in the entry plan, with set-up fees and Smart Payments transaction fees excluded, plus optional add-ons such as extra OTA connections and PIN terminals.

The company states that it has operated since 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. Its office is in Utrecht, and it supports hotels across the Benelux, Nordic and DACH regions and more than 10 countries. Smarthotel is part of the Hotel Tech Group, and since 2025 it has worked closely with its sister company Net Affinity, a booking engine and digital marketing specialist based in Dublin.
