The company was founded in 1992 by Friedemann Kunz and is family-owned and managed without outside investors. It reports more than 500 employees and about 650 to 700 houses built per year. It is recruiting self-employed sales partners, particularly for expansion in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, and offers apprenticeships, study places and internships.
