About Remotion
Remotion designs, engineers and produces remotely operated robots and tools for offshore asset maintenance, including operations above and below the waterline. Its systems support surface treatment, hull repair and other maintenance tasks.
The company provides splash zone operations, robotic fabric maintenance and asset integrity services, and engineering services to offshore operators. It is also developing magnetic robots as trade products.
Founded in 2015, Remotion is headquartered in Sandnes, Norway, and has remote teams in Hungary. It launched its first robotic system in 2016.
