About Recicletool
Recicletool develops a computer-vision-guided delta robot that sorts materials from moving waste streams. It also develops solid polymer electrolyte membranes from recovered industrial waste for use in batteries, sensors and supercapacitors.
The company collaborates with universities to characterise and validate its materials, including the Federal University of Pernambuco's Central Chemistry Laboratory. It filed a patent in Brazil in March 2026.
Founded in 2023 and based in Jõhvi, Estonia, Recicletool is self-funded. It previously operated a packaging reverse-vending business in Brazil, which it sold in 2024 while retaining the brand and intellectual property.
Product: A vision-guided waste sorting robot and solid polymer electrolyte membranes made from recycled industrial waste.
