Personal data is hosted in on-premise data centres in Denmark. The company is audited annually under ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3402, and its ISAE 3402 statement (2024/2025) is based on ISO 27001:2022. It states that it is working towards full NIS2 compliance during 2026. The website reports more than 1,000,000 active users.
