SemperTool develops the SemperTool Digital Library Suite (DLS), a set of interoperable tools for managing digital library resources. Its Resource Management System includes an electronic resource management module built on a central Knowledge Base, with A-Z resource lists, a GetMeThere link resolver, automated COUNTER usage statistics collected through SUSHI, LibHub discovery search and licensing and spending reports. The company also offers hosting and consulting services.

Its customers are universities and academic libraries, which the company says it serves in more than 800 institutions across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Pricing is per institution per year, with separate price lists by country group and free access for institutions in the listed developing countries. Custom packages are offered on request.
