About PipeCloud

PipeCloud builds production management software for pipe prefabrication. The system imports CAD data and PDF spool drawings, creates work packages, schedules production, runs digital shop-floor work orders, and records progress, revision control and weld traceability in one platform.

Its customers are pipe fabricators and shipyards. Named users on the website include Seaspan Shipyards, Damen Naval, DNY Finland Helsinki Shipyard, Ideal Welders, Ardor and Ulstein. The product is sold as monthly subscriptions with user seats, in EUR or USD, across Starter, Paperless and Enterprise plans.

PipeCloud was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Espoo, Finland, with a visiting office in Turku and a U.S. sales office in Boston. The company says it originated in an internal project at a Finnish marine pipe prefabrication workshop. The website reports about 30% higher workshop productivity, about 10% less material waste, and more than 350 000 pipe spools produced with the software.
