pats.lv is an online accounting system for self-employed individuals and companies in Latvia. It covers income and expense records, invoicing, receipt and invoice recognition, bank account synchronisation, fixed asset depreciation and payroll calculation. An assistant named Lūrija answers tax and accounting questions and compares transaction data with receipts or invoices.
Customers are self-employed people, sole traders and SIA companies. The service prepares VAT, UIN and annual report documents, and tax data is loaded automatically from public registers during registration. Pricing starts at 9 € per month including VAT, with two months free on annual payment. The website states more than 20 000 users in Latvia.
The tax calendar shows Latvian tax authority (VID) filing and payment deadlines. Invoices can be sent by e-mail, WhatsApp or as a QR code, and customers can pay by QR code or link.
