About TelTel

TelTel provides a cloud-based call center platform with predictive and auto dialers, click-to-call, call recording, live monitoring, real-time queue analytics, an IVR call flow builder and a browser-based webphone. It also sells wholesale and retail VoIP/SIP trunking with A–Z voice termination, DID numbers in over 75 countries, and SMS messaging.

The product line includes AI conversation intelligence, an AI virtual agent that handles calls on its own, and AI agent assist for live calls. The company targets debt collection, sales and telemarketing, forex and gambling, and customer service teams. Customers can connect their systems through ready-made integrations or the TelTel API.
