About Overtec

Overtec Limited develops InForm, a mobile data capture and workforce management application. It turns standard iOS and Android smartphones into devices for capturing job sheets, custom forms, certificates, photos and NFC tags, and it works offline when there is no data coverage. The InForm suite includes Inform for custom mobile forms and reports, InTime for sending information between the office and staff in the field, and InContact for scheduling and dispatching jobs and viewing staff and assets on a map.

The product is aimed at organisations with mobile or field teams, including facilities management, field service, security, property management, landscaping, engineering surveys, maintenance and compliance audits. InForm integrates with CRM, HR, ERP and finance systems, as well as Microsoft Power BI and Fabric, through APIs.

Overtec was founded in 2010 and is based in Cheadle, England, where its registered office is located. Its co-founders David Armstrong and David Thomas are managing directors, and Chris Armstrong is operations director.
