About Oslofjordens Kompetansesenter
Oslofjordens Kompetansesenter for Marint Vern og Restaurering undertakes lost fishing-gear recovery, marine waste cleanup, underwater inspection and documentation, and marine habitat projects. It is also developing a collection and recycling centre for fishing gear and marine waste in Tenvik.
The centre works with fishers and youth on cleanup and gear repair, and sells refurbished fishing gear. It provides underwater services across Skagerrak and is developing marine gardens in the Færder and Tønsberg archipelagos.
OSLOFJORDENS KOMPETANSESENTER AS is based in Nøtterøy and was founded in 2024.
