About One Biosciences
One Biosciences develops single-cell profiling for cancer tumour samples. Its OneMap platform processes FFPE or frozen tissue, generates single-cell profiles of tumour, stromal and immune cells, and returns clinical-grade reports in under two weeks. The analysis uses a proprietary automated engine and a clinically trained AI foundation model.
Customers are oncologists and clinicians, who use the reports to support treatment and patient-selection decisions, and pharma and biotech companies, who use the platform for biomarker identification, patient stratification and clinical trial design. Collaboration formats include diagnostic partnerships, clinical trial collaborations and co-development.
The company was created in 2020 in Paris, France, building on single-cell work started at Institut Curie in 2017. In September 2026 it announced €3.3 million in funding under the France 2030 i-Démo 5 programme to develop a single-cell diagnostic for triple-negative breast cancer with Institut Curie.
