Customers are healthcare establishments. The company is present in more than 100 countries, with France and Germany served through its own product catalogues and other countries through distributors.

The Panpharma Group was established in France in 1983 and is headquartered in Luitré-Dompierre. Its production sites include Trittau in Germany, where it is investing in a new vial filling line for injectable forms. Recent projects include an investment in injectable penicillin production in Brittany and the acquisition of a German marketing authorisation for injectable acetylsalicylic acid. Current job openings are mainly in production, supply chain, quality assurance and regulatory affairs at Luitré-Dompierre.
