About Norsk Elektro Optikk
HySpex, a division of Norsk Elektro Optikk (NEO), designs and sells hyperspectral imaging cameras and systems covering the visible, near-infrared and shortwave infrared ranges. Its product lines include the HySpex Classic, Mjolnir and Baldur camera families, turnkey systems with cameras, software and accessories, and custom optical configurations. It also offers processing software and a partnership with Prediktera for classification workflows.

NEO was established in 1985 in Oslo, and it describes itself as the largest independent electro-optics R&D company in Norway. Its hyperspectral activity began in 1995 with the ESA HISS project. The headquarters is at Østensjøveien in Oslo, and the company has a subsidiary, HySpex GmbH, in Berlin. Its open position is a CFO role.
