About Nordic Trustee
Nordic Trustee provides bond trustee, loan agency and other agent services for debt capital market investments and non-bank lending in the Nordics. Services include security agent, paying agent, calculation agent, CSD account operator, restructuring and enforcement, and escrow agent roles. Through its subsidiaries Stamdata and Nordic Bond Pricing it also offers Nordic bond market reference data, pricing and index information, and it operates digital portals for issuers and managers.
Its clients include Nordic blue-chip borrowers, Nordic and international banks, municipalities, and larger institutional investors and lenders. The company reports more than 3,000 active assignments for more than 800 issuers and lenders from 30 countries.
Nordic Trustee was established in 1992 and is headquartered in Oslo. It has held a licence as an investment firm since 2018 and a payment institution licence since 2016. Since October 2021 it has been part of the Ocorian group. The company has operated in the UK since 2024 with a London presence. It is recruiting an associate for governance, risk management and compliance (GRC).
