About Orbyt

Orbyt provides a SaaS platform for invoice distribution, customer onboarding, customer engagement and payment initiation. The platform includes a self-service dashboard, full PDF archiving, and an API with integrations to ERP and CRM systems.

Its customers are European enterprises with large customer bases and transaction volumes. The company focuses on financial services, utilities, media and telecoms, insurance and debt collection. The website also lists Peppol Access Point services, delivered in a partnership with the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir).

Orbyt was founded in 1998 and was formerly known as EDIGard; its website dates the origins of the business to Kristiansand in 2009. The headquarters is in Oslo, with offices in Kristiansand, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Milton Keynes, Riga and Ventspils. The company reports more than 70 staff and customers in 17 countries. It is backed by AnaCap Financial Partners, which became a shareholder in 2022, and closed an inaugural senior bond issuance in September 2025.
