About Neolithe
Néolithe runs an industrial process that sorts mixed, non-hazardous and non-inert residual waste, extracts recyclable materials such as plastics and metals, and converts the remaining fraction into particulat®, a multi-material secondary raw material. Particulat can replace 5 to 15% of the wood particles in the core of particleboard.
The company serves businesses that generate waste without a recycling outlet, and industrial partners in the particleboard sector that use the material. Its offer is positioned as a way for companies to valorise their waste alongside existing recycling, storage and energy recovery channels.
Néolithe was founded in 2019 in Anjou and is headquartered in Beaulieu-sur-Layon. Its first industrial plant is due to enter service in 2027. In 2024 it joined the Cleantech scale-up coalition, and in 2025 it became part of the France 2030 investment plan and launched a CSR programme.
Product: particulat®, a secondary raw material made from sorted residual mixed industrial waste, for use in particleboard production
